We process only what is needed to fulfil an order and run the store.

• Contact and delivery details: name, email, address, phone, optional davčna številka.
• Order data: items purchased, amounts, delivery method.
• Technical data: device and browser information, and analytics only where you consent.

Lawful basis

Order data is processed to perform our contract with you. Marketing email is processed on the basis of consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only after consent.

Retention and sharing

Invoice data is retained for the statutory accounting period. We share data with payment providers and couriers strictly as needed to complete your order, and never sell personal data.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Complaints may be lodged with the Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec), the Slovenian data protection authority.
